Danielle is a Solicitor in the Debt Recovery, Restructuring and Insolvency team at Carson McDowell.
Danielle graduated from Ulster University with First Class Honours in Law (LLB) in 2017. Danielle excelled in Legal Research during her studies and was awarded the Oxford University Press Law Prize for her Final Year Dissertation. She went on to complete a Masters in International Business Law at Queen’s University Belfast, graduating with Distinction in 2018.
Danielle has been working in the legal sector since 2018, with her experience to date being predominantly focussed upon litigation and dispute resolution. She qualified as a Solicitor in September 2021 having completed her period of Apprenticeship and having obtained a Postgraduate Diploma from Queen’s University’s Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Since qualification, Danielle has gained experience within the NI court system, representing clients in both the Magistrates’ and County Courts. She joined Carson McDowell in April 2023 and advises principally in the areas of debt and enforcement.
