Danielle Sumner

Danielle is an Associate in the Healthcare team of Carson McDowell’s Dublin office. Prior to joining Carson McDowell, Danielle spent 7 years working with a leading Dublin law firm, where she completed her training contract.

Danielle qualified into the Public and Regulatory Law Department and specialised in advising healthcare regulators on their powers and functions as well as preparing professional disciplinary matters for hearing before Committees of Inquiry.

Danielle graduated from University of Galway with a BCL in 2013. Danielle was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in the Republic of Ireland in 2020 and the Role of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2025.

Danielle joined Carson McDowell in March 2025.
