Emma graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2023 with First Class Honours in Common and Civil Law with French. She then completed her training contract with another commercial firm in Belfast and obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies with Distinction in 2025.
Emma joined the Healthcare team at Carson McDowell as a solicitor in September 2025, where she specialises in defending a broad range of clinical negligence claims, acting on behalf of medical defence organisations and insurers.
