Eoghain is a Solicitor in the Healthcare team in Carson McDowell’s Dublin Office.
Eoghain graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Law and German (LLB Ling. Ger) in 2017 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2021 and the Role of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2023.
Eoghain joined Carson McDowell in March 2023 where he specialises in defending private medical practitioners in a broad range of clinical negligence actions in the Circuit Court and the High Court.
Prior to joining Carson McDowell, Eoghain trained with a leading Plaintiff litigation firm, gaining experience in the areas of medical negligence, personal injuries and general litigation.
