Genevieve Brindley

Genevieve graduated with a BCL (Hons) from University College Dublin in 2015 and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2019 and the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland in 2021.
Since qualification, Genevieve has specialised in the areas of healthcare and clinical risk, advising the world’s largest indemnifier in all aspects of clinical negligence litigation and dispute resolution. Genevieve advises medical practitioners in the defence of clinical negligence actions in the Circuit Court and the High Court and has also advised medical practitioners in relation to complaints to the Irish Medical Council.
Genevieve trained with a large commercial law firm in Dublin before joining Carson McDowell in 2021 where she is a Solicitor in Carson McDowell’s Healthcare Team in the Dublin Office.
