Aimee Donaldson

Aimee graduated from Queen’s University, Belfast in 2017 with a first class honours degree in Law with French (LLB). As part of her degree, she spent a year studying at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole in Toulouse, France.

She qualified as a solicitor in 2019, having obtained the highest score in the Solicitor Exit Examination.

Before joining Carson McDowell, Aimee worked in the corporate and commercial department of a leading Belfast law firm for several years, which included some in-house experience with a large public sector organisation.

As a Solicitor in the Corporate team, Aimee advises on a broad range of matters including corporate transactions (such as mergers and acquisitions and disposals), corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, private equity and venture capital investment and shareholder matters.
