Carson McDowell advises Equitix and Firmus Energy (Distribution) on the sale of Firmus Energy (Supply) to Yuno Group

We were delighted to act as legal advisors to Firmus Energy and Equtiix on the successful sale and disposal of Firmus Energy (Supply), Northern Ireland’s largest gas supply business by consumption. The transaction will result in the separation of Firmus Energy (Supply) from its parent Firmus Energy (Distribution) and will represent a milestone for Yuno Group on its continued growth and presence in Northern Ireland’s energy market.
