Carson McDowell advises on the sale of Spatialest

Carson McDowell advised the shareholders of Spatialest Ltd on the sale of the company to Schneider Geospatial, a US-based portfolio company of Align Capital Partners.

Spatialest is a Coleraine-based, leading provider of assessor-focused GIS-based SaaS solutions, addressing appraisal modelling, comparable sales, appeals management and related data-centric applications in 16 states in the USA.

The Carson McDowell team was led by Gerard Armstrong, assisted by Le-ann Campbell, Helena Park, Lyndsey Watt, Sarah Cochrane, Sinead McGrath and Katherine Grant.
