Our work covers every stage of the creative process, from collaboration and rights management through to publishing and recording arrangements, brand partnerships, sponsorships and the commercial frameworks that underpin creative enterprises.

We also provide dedicated advice to creative talent, including writers, directors and performers, helping them build the legal and commercial foundations of successful creative careers. This includes negotiating key contracts, structuring collaborations, and protecting and exploiting intellectual property to maximise long-term value.

Our team is actively engaged in the creative sector, delivering programmes for Northern Ireland Screen and the British Film Institute (BFI), providing educational talks for students at Queen’s University Belfast and the Nerve Centre, Derry/Londonderry, and sponsoring cultural events such as the Foyle Film Festival. Members of the firm sit at board level for a number of local arts and cultural charities. We also maintain a three-year partnership with Ulster University’s Belfast School of Art, supporting its annual Graduate Showcase which champions emerging creative talent.
